Meet the Team

I have been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years. Teaching Pole fitness, Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility and massage. With extensive knowledge of sports injuries, and a passion for helping athletes recover and perform at their best.

I trained at St Marys University, Twickenham and combining this with my own sporting efforts in teaching and training in pole fitness, yoga and frequenting the gym, I know the pain and frustration that an injury, niggle or tension can cause to your training and daily life.   

My qualifications:


 ITEC level 3 diploma in clinical sports massage 

Certified hijama (dry cupping) therapist 

Certified pregnancy massage therapist 

Certified functional range conditioning mobility specialist (FRCms)

Certified stretching and flexibility coach 

Level 3 personal trainer 

Certified pole dance instructor 

Member of the SMA (association for soft tissue therapists)  

Fully insured
